1. Call to Order and Quorum

- Project agenda, progress updates, discussion items, and milestones
- Zoning approach and bulk standards
- Downtown and mixed-use districts
- Landscaping, parking, and lighting standards
Zoning and Design Standards

- Bulk standards addressing lot sizes, setbacks, build-to lines, parking adjustments, multi-story construction incentives, and block length standards
- Distribution of zoning districts based on target amounts
- Downtown and mixed-use district dimensional standards and street design
- Character standards including active depth, façade openings, public realm elements, and signage
- Design corridor standards for mixed-use and downtown districts
