- Motion made to direct staff to prepare a revised development agreement excluding multifamily residential housing.

Zoning Case ZR-24-004 — Planned Development Request
- Public hearing opened at 8:01 p.m. and closed at 8:07 p.m.
- Applicant representatives and city staff presented information.
- Public comments were received in opposition.
- Motion made to deny the zoning change request.

- Result: Zoning request denied
Ordinance — FY 2024–2025 City Budget
- Council considered adoption of the city budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024.
- A request was made to remove $5,000 allocated to the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County.
