Citizen Comments
- Clint Sykes, 178 Balfour Drive, addressed the Board regarding plans for a park west of Ben Payne, north of Highway 66, and south of CD Boren.
- No other citizens spoke.
Approval of Minutes
March 7, 2023 Meeting
- Motion to approve the minutes was made by Board Member Barry Brafman.
- Motion was seconded by Board Member Lyndsay Sine.
- Vote:
- Ayes: Chairman King; Board Members Brafman, Harris, Sine
- Nays: None
- Motion carried unanimously.
Fate Station Park Update
- Presentation provided by Steve Gilbert, Director of Community Services and Building Safety.

- Re-walking the park with the contractor to complete the punch list
- Upcoming meeting with playground contractor
- Anticipated progress in June
- Bathroom final design underway
