  • City Secretary Victoria Raduechel confirmed a quorum was present.

  • Additional commercial areas

Information presented included:

  • City of Fate population estimate for 2022: 22,890
  • New home permits by year (2017–2022)
  • Residential development updates for Avondale, Monterra, Ascend at Fate, Edgewater, and Williamsburg
  • Downtown revitalization components, including pedestrian promenade and food truck area

    • The Fiscal Year 2022–2023 budget amendment
    • The proposed Fiscal Year 2023–2024 budget
    • Sales tax revenue estimates, lease revenues, expenditures, and projected fund balance
  • Motion by Allen Robbins
  • Second by David Overstreet
  • Vote: Unanimous
  • Motion declared carried by President Bob Chambers
