Call to Order and Quorum

Board Member Allen Robbins called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
City Secretary Victoria Raduechel confirmed a quorum.

Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes

Consideration of the minutes from the March 25, 2024 meeting.
Motion to approve made by Board Member Bob Chambers.
Seconded by Board Member Cheyenna Tellez.
Vote:
- Ayes: Roe, Robbins, Tellez, Crabtree, Chambers
- Nays: None
Motion carried unanimously.

Budget Amendment and Budget Approval

Economic Development Manager Justin Weiss presented:
- A proposed budget amendment to the Fiscal Year 2023–2024 Fate Municipal Development District No. 1 budget.
- The proposed Fiscal Year 2024–2025 budget.
Board questions were addressed during the presentation.
Motion to approve both the FY 2023–2024 budget amendment and the FY 2024–2025 budget made by Board Member Todd Crabtree.
Seconded by Board Member Cheyenna Tellez.
Vote:
- Ayes: Roe, Robbins, Tellez, Crabtree, Chambers
- Nays: None
Motion carried unanimously.
