  • Approval of September and October 2023 financial reports.
  • Approval of investment report for quarter ending September 30, 2023.
  • Approval of Ordinance No. O-2023-051 (alarm systems and convenience stores).
  • Approval of Resolution No. R-2023-086 (legal service acceptance policy).
  • Approval of Resolution No. R-2023-087 (sewer and signals development agreements).

Vote: Unanimous approval.
