- Andre Jackson, 569 Kara Drive, reported that Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 137 would host a Holiday Food Box Distribution on December 17, 2022, at the Fate DPS Office.
Consent Agenda
- Approved minutes of the November 21, 2022 City Council meeting.
- Approved multiple ordinances and resolutions related to:
- Ambulance service regulation
- Easement dedications
- Easement abandonment
- Annexation petition and public hearing scheduling
- Parks and Recreation Advisory Board attendance policy
- Consent agenda approved unanimously, excluding Item 5B, which was considered separately.
Consideration of Ordinance No. O-2022-046
- Ordinance regulating emergency and non-emergency ambulance services.

- Authorized extension of a Chapter 380 Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Freit, LLC.
