- Captain Ryan Ragan presented a five-year service award to Brian Dean.

- Earth Day Proclamation
- Council Member Heather Buegeler read a proclamation declaring April 22, 2024, as Earth Day in the City of Fate.
- Child Abuse Awareness Proclamation
- Mayor Billings read a proclamation recognizing the Child Advocacy Center of Rockwall County, Lone Star CASA, and the Rainbow Room of Rockwall County.
- April 2024 was proclaimed Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month in the City of Fate.
