City Council Proceedings

Call to Order and Quorum

Joint Work Session — Yu Tract

  • Staff and consultants presented information regarding future land use planning for the mixed-use area located at the northwest corner of I-30 and FM 551 (Yu Tract).

Zoning and Development

  • Approved Ordinance No. O-2023-021 amending zoning from Mixed Use (MU) to Mixed Use Transition (MUT) on approximately 3.18 acres.
