  • PFC Resolution R-2022-002: Acceptance and execution of special warranty deeds to resolve property line issues and grant a drainage easement related to Fate Detention Pond, LLC (unanimous).
  • PFC Resolution R-2022-003: Approval of a Land Use Restriction Agreement (LURA) for Low Income Housing Tax Credits for the Gala at Fate project was tabled to the September 19, 2022 meeting (unanimous).
