Approval of Prior Minutes (MDD)

  • Consideration of the Fate Municipal Development District No. 1 meeting minutes from July 11, 2023.
  • Motion to approve made by Board Member Todd Crabtree.
  • Seconded by Board Member Allen Robbins.
  • Vote: Unanimous approval by Vice President Egbert and Board Members Crabtree, Roe, Timko, and Robbins.
  • Motion carried.

Executive Session

  • The City Council and MDD recessed into Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information and economic development negotiations.

    • Economic Development Incentive Agreement with Fate Main One TN, LLC (Property ID 16466, owned by The Park, LLC)

  • Vote: Unanimous approval by Vice President Egbert and Board Members Crabtree, Roe, Timko, Robbins, and Tellez.
  • Motion carried.

City Council Actions

  • Motion by Council Member Allen Robbins to approve amendments to:
    • Ground Lease Agreement
    • Economic Development Agreements with Fate Main One TN, LLC and Fate Place, LLC
  • Seconded by Council Member Scott Kelley.
  • Vote: Unanimous approval by Mayor Billings and Council Members Harper, Kelley, Robbins, Deland, and Megyesi.
